Inconsistent mare who seems to reserve her best for Doncaster where she picked up another prize in April. Beaten by wide margins on both starts elsewhere since and anybody's guess how she will react to the seaside air tonight.
On a good mark at present and his last run was more promising. Has done all his winning at 1m+, but worth another try at this trip as he has looked keen in recent starts and has failed to get home.
Took his C&D record to 3-4 when taking advantage of a pace collapse 24 days ago. Remains feasibly treated and the presence of Lamloom means the pace should be favourable once more.
Regular winner on the Scottish circuit although this will be just his second visit to Ayr. Has a bit to find with Redarna on Carlisle form although he was hampered when making his effort. Best form is on right-handed tracks.
Won three and was placed five times in 2018. Exceptionally well-handicapped on that form, but he has underachieved this year and is best watched until the market signals a revival.
Some of his best performances have come here, but a 3-48 career record and a two year gap since his last win make him unattractive in a race as good as this.
Won three races last year, the latest a sub-standard class 4 at Musselburgh. Ran an excellent race in a class 6 last time and she won't be long in winning, although it is likely to be in easier company than this.

Forecasts
Redarna (9/4), Tommy G (3/1), Jacob Black (4/1), Lamloom (5/1), Strong Steps (5/1), Lucky Violet (13/2), Florenza (7/1), Logi (10/1)
Lamloom is likely to set a strong pace and that may set this up nicely for the likes of TOMMY G and Jacob Black who prefer to attack off such a gallop. The latter may be better going right-handed whereas the selection is 3-4 over C&D and has not been harshly penalised for his latest success. Redarna is unbeaten over C&D, but as a prominent racer she may be vulnerable in what is likely to be a fast run event, particularly stepping up to this level. Logi would win this easily if reproducing his 2018 form and a market check seems prudent.
