Triple bumper winner who scored at Musselburgh on Flat debut. Narrowly failed to give away lumps of weight to younger horses from bigger yards last time. This is easier, although the drop to 1m1f may leave him vulnerable if there is a lack of pace.
Related to stable stars Sir Chauvelin and Euchen Glen but has been tailed off on both starts and faces another tough test.
Third to two useful sorts on debut but disappointed next time and has been sidelined for two years since. Stable 2-6 here and worth noting if supported.
Outran big odds on debut at Hamilton when the ground was firm. Never a factor on softer ground at Carlisle last month and has quite a bit to find whatever the underfoot conditions.
Went off at odds of 100/1 when ninth of eleven on debut and any improvement for the outing will need to be substantial.
Towards the rear on both starts to date but bred to do better. Will qualify for a handicap mark after this and easier tests await.
Has shown clear signs of ability in each of his three starts. Up in trip having failed to justify strong support last time and receives a useful weight allowance.
Beaten by wide margins in both starts to date and remains a work in progress. Can go handicapping after this and best watched for the time being.
Classically bred individual who has failed to beat a rival in either start. Hard to recommend judged on what we have seen.
Poor maiden who carries an official rating of 38 which makes him impossible to recommend in this type of company.
Forecasts
Match Maker (6/4), Alright Sunshine (7/4), Noble Prospector (3/1), Memphis Bleek (20/1), Clovenstone (20/1), Tanaawol (33/1), Philyaboots (100/1), Wontgetfooledagen (100/1), Indiaro (100/1), Ayr Poet (100/1)
Alright Sunshine was not suited to the way the race was run at Ripon when narrowly failing to concede a lot of weight to younger rivals. The triple bumper winner faces a similar problem here as he is dropped in trip and has to give NOBLE PROSPECTOR 16lb. Richard Fahey's charge was backed to open his account last time but, although finding further improvement, he found top gear too late. Up another 2f he has every chance to atone. Match Maker, who was third to a couple of useful sorts on his debut, has been sidelined for two years and a market check seems advisable.
