There was a lot to like about GUILDSMAN's debut at Goodwood 11 days ago and with the distinct possibility he will have learnt plenty from that with the added bonus of some rain forecast at some point in the afternoon, he gets a tentative vote. Fort Myers and Well Of Wisdom are closely matched on their Newbury form and both had excuses last time while the former's stablemate Arizona gets the vote from stable jockey Ryan Moore. Threat isn't one to underestimate after his excellent debut at Newmarket, despite that coming in just a four-runner contest.
