Typically well-bred son of Galileo out of a Group 3 winner; fourth foal and a brother to winners Somerset Maugham and Jack Yeats. One of three Aidan O'Brien newcomers and the stable has won two of the last four renewals. Holds an Epsom Derby entry.
Galileo colt out of a US Group 1 winner; 6th foal and bred to be forward as a brother to smart juvenile winners Christmas and Black Sea. Holds an Epsom Derby entry. Leading stable also runs Delta Dawn and Mythologic.
Australia half-brother to eight winners including Daredevil Day and cost €20,000 as a yearling. Third of an O'Brien tricast on debut, when just hitting a flat spot and halfway and a bit unlucky when running on well over this trip. Sets the standard.
No Nay Never colt, cost €105,000 as a yearling. Not fancied when slowly and doing his best work late on his Curragh debut over 6f. Stable quiet with their juveniles and while he needed his debut, he has plenty to find.
Son of Siyouni and a first foal out of a 5f winner. Just stable's third juvenile runner of the season and this looks a tough task on debut against some potentially smart rivals. Market should provide best guide.
Mastercraftsman filly out of a Piccolo mare. Unfancied and well held in both starts to date when running to a similar standard. Huge improvement required to be involved in this company.
Daughter of Excelebration and a second foal out of a French AW winner. Doesn't catch the eye on breeding and likely to need further in time. Stable's first Flat starter of the season and likely to find this tough.
Forecasts
Mythologic (6/4), Delta Dawn (7/2), Kells (5/1), No Days Off (11/2), Zarzyni (6/1), Dashing Diamond (33/1), Artisan Doue (50/1)
Aidan O'Brien has a good record in this race and his trio stand out. MYTHOLOGIC ran a really eye-catching debut, which he's likely to improve for and could take some stopping, Both his stablemates, Delta Dawn and Kells, are Galileo colts who hold Derby entries and the market may prove the best guide as to which is expected to be the most forward.
