Was fourth of seven on debut at Thirsk (1m4f) last month where the gelding went off at 50/1 in the betting. Was slowly away in that run, however, would need to improve a lot to be successful here.

A maiden after seven races but has hit the frame twice in those starts. Has not progressed since a promising debut at Ayr (7f) when third of nine. Has been down the field on his two starts this season. Needs to bounce back.

Two-race maiden who was a long way down the field when seventh of 11 at Ripon (1m3f) last time at 100/1. He raced keenly at on his last start so needs to settle better this time. Hard to make a case for.

Shown very little in her two starts so far, including on her latest run at Newmarket (1m) in a 13 runner field field where she had just one rival behind her. Stepping up in trip but she would need to improve a lot to land this race.

Sea The Stars filly who has shown a lot of promise in her two starts so far. She was fifth of eight in a Listed race at Newbury (1m2f) last time, just 3l behind the winner. This is a much easier assignment. Will take some beating.

Sea of Faith (1/10), Bullion Boss (7/2), Thornton Le Clay (25/1), Nineteenrbo'malley (25/1), Kostantina (50/1)

Verdict

SEA OF FAITH ran well in a Listed race last time and she has shown enough in her two starts so far to suggest she is a smart filly. There is not much opposition for her here so it should be a comfortable success for the well-bred filly. Bullion Boss has the most experience and is likely to chase her down, while Nineteentbo'malley may be a little better this time after his debut on the track.
