Verdict

A couple of those with form set a decent standard although Book Of Intrigue has to carry a penalty for his Huntingdon win last time out since when he has changed stables. The weight that he concedes here to the ladies in the race won’t make life easy for him as he attempts to follow up. Winter Holiday comes back from a break having run well on her debut over C&D with that form having been franked by the winner over hurdles but preference is for the Henderson newcomer SORGHATANI a well bred sort who gets weight from the entire field. Her trainer has a tremendous record with his bumper newcomers and she’s expected to go close to improving those statistics.
