Held in two outings over 7f as a two-year-old in 2016. Absent since finishing 10L sixth at Kempton in August of that year. Others hold stronger claims on debut for this yard.

Runner-up on debut last year and won seven-runner event at Brighton (1m, good to firm; evens) on return three weeks ago in very easy fashion. Strong chance of following up.

Promising sort, third of seven at Doncaster (1m, good to firm; 20/1) 11 days ago on second start, not having a hard time. Should be more in the offing.

Daughter of Sir Percy bought for 7,000 gns as a yearling in October 2017, sent off 100-1 on recent debut at Chelmsford (AW) and has plenty improving to do.

Filly was eighth of 11 in maiden at Goodwood (1m2f, good to firm; 100-1) on second start recently and looks unlikely to be troubling the judge on that showing.

Forecasts

Dudley's Boy (1/7), Al Battar (3/1), Better Than Ever (10/3), Train To Georgia (4/1), Bricklebrit (20/1), Sibylline (40/1), Onomatopoeia (66/1)

Verdict

DUDLEY'S BOY had any amount in hand when making a winning return at Brighton three weeks ago and, while this may be stronger, he's taken to follow that up. Train To Georgia made a winning debut on the Polytrack here in March but will need extra now while the possible improvers include Al Battar and Better Than Ever.
  1. Dudley's Boy
  2. Train To Georgia
  3. Al Battar
