Plenty will be keen to give the consistent but ultimately rather frustrating Al Mureib another chance back in maiden company with this trip being more suitable that the 1m1f that stretched him last time but he meets some useful sorts and it’s hard to see where his progression is going to come from. Cadre Du Noir made a promising start to his career last year and this $1.1 million yearling looks the sort to progress this season but he may need this run and the equally promising VASILIEV is taken to get off the mark. He still looked rough around the edges last time at Nottingham but that race is working out well and he should know more this time around.
