Made good progress last year, culminating in French Group 3 win when last seen. Acts on testing ground. Bit to prove over this far, as well as at this level in Britain.
Last win came in the Group 2 Lennox Stakes at Goodwood in 2017. Best effort last season again came in that race, when a neck third. Reappearance in Listed Windsor race was a reasonable one, and could have a say here (has won on heavy).
Won two good handicaps last July, but this is a different level, and he will need significant improvement to get involved.
On the up on AW surfaces over 7f in the winter, and again a good effort at Lingfield when last seen (1m). Even so, needs a significant step up to be cutting it at this level.
Runner-up to Safe Voyage in C&D Listed event last month, which was a career best effort. Can't rule out further improvement, and will need some of that if that reopposing rival is as good here. Enters calculations.
Listed winner of soft (1m) at Newmarket in the autumn. Below that level since, and wide not draw ideal here. Others preferred, given what we have seen from him this term.
Has won five of his last seven starts, three of those over C&D on good to soft/soft ground. Held sway over Mankib at Listed level last time, and from a good draw he has strong claims.
Classy performer at 6f-1m and a Grade 1 winner in USA. Best form has all been on fast ground, however, so has plenty to prove on this much slower surface.
French Listed winner last year (1m, good), and 2L fourth in soft ground Lingfield Group 3 when last seen. This looks tougher, however, so more needed from her.
