Only finished fourth of five at Wincanton this month having gone off 2-1f, but wasn't beat all that far. Given a chance, especially should any rain arrive.
40-1 chance on first start since December and finished last of eight at Kempton over 2m5f on good-ground this month. Will need sizeable step forward to have claims.
Was returning from a two-year absence here a fortnight ago over a shorter trip, sent off 66-1 and duly pulled up. Passed over again.
Maiden, didn't run badly at Kempton this month over similar trip (fourth). Second runner for trainer Philip Hobbs here and looks the more likely of the pair.
2-35 career record tells a tale, but combination of tongue tie and visor has yielded paced efforts at Chepstow and Worcester recently; may hold similar aspirations now.
Former course winner. Good second at Wincanton on return in April over 2m4f, though hasn't matched that in subsequent runs at Market Rasen and Warwick. Bit to prove now.
Off the mark at Ffos Las (2m5f, good) this month, form that has been boosted by the runner-up scoring at the same track since. Ranks as the one to beat here.
Better effort in third spot at Wincanton (2m4f, good to firm) this month, needs to build on that showing now but has certainly advertised well-being again.
Back on track when scoring at Wincanton last month (Salto Chisco second); since well held back at the same venue in a novice' hurdle however (second behind favourite). Yard in flying form and makes shortlist.
Dual Taunton winner early in the year (2m3f, good to soft/soft). Pair of disappointing runs since and has not previously managed to show best form at this track.
Forecasts
Sizing At Midnight (9/4), Southfield Torr (9/2), Show On The Road (5/1), Ballygown Bay (5/1), Pointed And Sharp (7/1), Salto Chisco (12/1), Picture Painter (20/1), Silver Quay (25/1), Full (33/1), Doctor Look Here (33/1)
Sizing At Midnight scored at Ffos Las in good enough style this month, form that has since been franked by the second winning, and Colin Tizzard's charge is favoured here over Southfield Torr from the in-form yard of the champion trainer. Pointed And Sharp and Picture Painter are amongst those likely to battle for place money.
