The Ger Lyons-trained DEFILADE has been given plenty of time to develop over the winter with the trainer thinking the time is right for the Bated Breath colt to return. The yard can land their 11th three-year-old winner of the season at the expense of potential improvers Verbalise for the Jim Bolger yard and Killourney who ran well in defeat behind Georgeville at Cork last month.
