In receipt of 5lb FAIR POWER can getter the better of King Athelstan. At his best the selection would pick these up and carry them, but that was some time ago. He is undoubtedly well handicapped though and has shown enough of late to suggest he's ready to strike with a top jockey booked. King Athelstan is one fo the few in this race who seems to hold his form and he ran nicely at Lingfield last time on his first run following wind surgery. Sussex Girl and Peace Prevails both have claims and a good show cannot be ruled out from either of them.
