Rated 95 on the Flat but, although he has looked set to open his account a few times over hurdles, he has failed to find much in a finish. May have met a smart one last time and this may be an easy enough opportunity.
Gelding by Pierre out of an unraced Supreme Leader mare. Beaten 90L on hurdling debut and makes little appeal this time.
Gelding by Ask out of a Flemensfirth mare. Dam failed to complete in three career point-to-point starts. Half-sister to 3m hurdle winner Barneys Mate. Looks a long term prospect based on his debut.
No Risk At All gelding out of a modest French mare. Failed to complete either point-to-point and hard to see him being good enough.
Brother to a bumper winner, but showed little in that sphere and there are clearly better options in this contest.
Fetched £100,000 after winning a good ground point-to-point last year but has generally underperformed under rules. Better conditions here may help and trainer 10-37 with hurdlers here since 2014.
Cost €7,500 as a two-year-old. Second foal, half-brother to point winner Princess Scorpion. Looked in need of the experience on bumper debut and Batts Rock is the obvious stable number one.
Jeremy gelding who was easy to back and pulled up on both point-to-point outings. Others arrive here with much stronger looking claims.
Has shown some ability in bumpers without revealing enough to suggest he is ready to win a race like this on his hurdling debut.
Showed more on his recent hurdling debut than he did in his three point-to-points, but still has a lot to find in order to win this.
Finished a long way behind Batts Rock at Down Royal and there were insufficient signs of improvement at Tramore to suggest he can bridge the gap.
Big prices and well held on all starts so far over hurdles. Tongue-tie now added for the first time but needs vast improvement to be involved at the business end.
Has finished in the middle of the pack at odds of 100/1 in each hurdling start. Has looked ready for this trip and is worth noting if supported.
Noted making ground from off the pace here last time but still has a lot to find and the shorter trip raises questions.
Daughter of Kalanisi out of a Top Of The World mare. Half-sister to 2m 2m4f winner World Citizen and point-to-point 2m hurdle, 2m2f chase winner Mr Cosmopolitan. Down the field on debut but looks capable of better, however this may come too soon.

Forecasts
Batts Rock (2/5), Ificudiwud (4/1), The Rubinator (8/1), Javoski (11/1), Ballymac Boy (14/1), Killinkere (20/1), Hewick (20/1), Ya Know (25/1), Lucky Road (33/1), Tomeric (50/1), Topographical (50/1), Paul Patterson (50/1), Orena Bay (66/1), Ask Cory (66/1), Eileens Boy (66/1), Sole Vision (66/1), Doubi The Risk (100/1), Aloysius Parker (100/1)
BATTS ROCK should probably have won one of these by now judged on his smart Flat form. He has been found lacking at the business end of his hurdle races, but this is his easiest task to date by far. Ificudiwud looks the main threat given his yard's record here and form which suggests he may improve on recent form given faster conditions. The Rubinator and Tomeric look the most interesting of the remainder.
- Batts Rock
- Ificudiwud
- The Rubinator
