Returning from a break when runner-up over 7f at Kempton two months ago. Disappointing at Leicester (7f, good) next time out however and held at Wolverhampton latest also. Drops to 6f but this a very sharp course so that a doubt.

Gained first turf success at Windsor latest (won twice on AW), where he got up very late on. Only given an additional 1lb for that success and surely will make another bold bid from a good draw.

Back to last winning mark after a disappointing end to 2018 and start to 2019. Not sure she's in the form required and may prefer more give underfoot.

Only won once on turf (six on AW) but ran pretty well on stable debut latest when a running on fourth at Windsor after a slow start. This trip a maximum so sharp track will suit here, each-way claims.

After a spell in the doldrums he finally showed some spark when third of 13 at Windsor only beaten a neck where he led 50 yards from home. Failed to build on that next at Newmarket however so risks again attached.

Four-race maiden beaten 4L into sixth of 14 on handicap bow at Doncaster latest over 7f where he looked as if he might be better over 6f (challenged 1f out). Not ruled out with that in mind.

Gained first ever turf win at Wetherby last month over 5½f where she was highly impressive. Upped 9lb but on a hat-trick and all of a sudden she seems to be rapidly progressing, won over 7f previous so trip here no concern.

Off the mark at the 17th time of asking when winning over 5f at Bath latest. This a deeper contest on balance and must prove that not a one-off before she can confidently be followed.

Poor strike-rate overall and despite starting 2019 with a fair third he was again well held at Salisbury latest although a slow start partially explains that. Best form says he's well handicapped but others more progressive.

Placed in a 6f handicap at Ffos Las (heavy) in September 2017 but off for 19 months before tailing in last of 13 at Chelmsford latest. Can't be fancied after that.

Shown little since Kempton win in January (unplaced in five) and races from 11lb out of the handicap here so that trend likely continues.

Forecasts

Atalanta's Boy (7/2), Real Estate (4/1), Hic Bibi (5/1), Spanish Star (6/1), National Glory (10/1), Born To Finish (10/1), The Lamplighter (12/1), Charming Guest (12/1), Red Tycoon (12/1), Bullseye Bullet (100/1), Deer Song (100/1)

Verdict

Having won well over 7f on AW penultimately HIC BIBI was even more impressive subsequently on turf over 5½f and she looked sure to relish an extra ½f there too so she is chanced despite a 9lb rise for the latter. Also respected is Windsor winner Real Estate who wasn't as impressive but only goes up 1lb for his success. The least exposed runner Atalanta's Boy may be better over 6f than the 7f he tackled on handicap bow.
