Made most promising debut when coming from a far from promising position to win cosily at Chepstow (1m2f). Big step up in class now but suspect she will prove a Pattern level performer so can't be ruled out.

Won first two starts at three, a Lingfield seller and Kempton handicap before no match for Oaks favourite Mehdaayih in a match latest. Rated 24lb inferior to Muchly so set an impossible task seemingly.

7f Newmarket two-year-old winner 100/1 when 12th of 15 latest in the 1000 Guineas (1m Group 1). This trip ought to suit pedigree-wise and this a more realistic level of combat.
Nottingham debut win was impressive enough to prompt a tilt at the Cheshire Oaks where she was fourth to Oaks fav Mehdaayih. That form strong enough to play a part and on just her third start she can surely improve further.

10-race maiden the lowest rated and most exposed of these. Would receive 26lb from top-rated Muchly in a handicap.

Champs Elysees half-sister to smart 6f-1m winner Furrion and 1¼m winner Open The Red beaten 11L when fifth of eight at Chelmsford on debut in February. Massive step up in class completely unwarranted.

Won first two races of 2019 at Nottingham and Yarmouth before having limitations exposed when seventh of 11 in Cheshire Oaks which gives her 8L to find with Grace And Danger.

Newbury two-year-old winner finished midfield in Fred Darling on return before winning at Ascot where she made-all to repel favourite Queen Power. Dettori gets off to ride Shambolic but as the top-rated filly she can't be underestimated.

Dual two-year-old winner and Group One Fillies Mile fourth no match for hugely impressive Magsad in Pretty Polly on return but still best of the rest there. Dettori prefers her to Muchly and looks sure to make a bold bid here.

Forecasts

Shambolic (7/4), Aloe Vera (11/4), Grace And Danger (7/2), Muchly (5/1), Love So Deep (20/1), Garrel Glen (20/1), Love Explodes (50/1), Cafe Espresso (80/1), Lady Cosette (100/1)

Verdict

The John Gosden pair Muchly and SHAMBOLIC are the top two on ratings and the fact Frankie Dettori prefers the latter has to be highly significant. Beaten in the Pretty Polly latest, a race Gosden does particularly well in she shouldn't bump into one of Maqsad's potential here. Grace And Danger wasn't disgraced behind Gosden's Oaks favourite Mehdayyih latest in just her second race, in this easier race she should make a bold bid also. Aloe Vera is up massively in class but did catch the eye on debut.
  1. Shambolic
  2. Grace And Danger
  3. Aloe Vera
