By Gamut out of a Grand Lodge mare. half-brother to smart bumper winner Captain Barbossa. Market likely to reveal expectations of connections on debut.
Gelding by Frozen Fire out of a Acatenango mare. Cost €50,000 as a three-year-old. Not disgraced on debut at Roscommon when last seen in October and worth a market check for in form yard.
Whitmore's Conn gelding out of a Eurobus mare. Sister to hurdle/chase winner Eurochancer. Slight improvement in four starts on his latest run in September. Best watched on return to action.
Daughter of Curtain Time out of a Norwich mare. Failed to complete in a couple of point-to-point contests recently and unlikely to play a a part in the finish here.
Struggled in a Galway bumper in the autumn before respectable efforts in a couple of point-to-point starts. Second of eight beaten 10L in a Cork bumper last month and one for the shortlist here.
Daughter of Flemensfirth out of a Gone Fishin mare. Sister to useful 2m3f - 3m hurdle and chase winner Jennies Jewel. Refused to race when unseating luckless rider at start on debut at Ballinrobe earlier this month.
Fairly Ransom mare who is a half-sister to three-time Flat winner Extra Cover. Nothing of note in three starts under rules to date including a 64L defeat in a Clonmel bumper earlier this month.
Oscar filly. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler Knockmaole Boy. Plenty to like about her third of nine in a Killarney bumper this month on good ground. Likely to improve.
Yet to fire in a number of bumper starts between December 2017 and in a couple of starts returning to the track last month. Hard to fancy on overall evidence.
Daughter of Doyen bought for €800 at the sales in August last year. Well beaten in a couple of starts since a return to action at Fairyhouse last month. Tough to see where improvement is coming from.
Forecasts
Kashmir Wilde (6/4), Celine Soprano (3/1), Jakoby (6/1), Whenurgoodurgood (7/1), Last One (10/1), Jackyjoe (16/1), Flying Crystal (16/1), Ballinacoola Babe (20/1), Ri Rua (50/1), Hansom Lady (100/1)
The Oscar mare, KASHMIR WILDE appears well ahead of most of the field here and can land the closer for the Gordon Elliott/Jamie Codd combination. In a weak looking contest Celine Soprano for trainer Patrick Cronin can continue her development here by hitting the frame along with the returning Jakoby, representing the Noel Meade yard.
