Shown only a glimpse of promise so far and was well beaten on handicap debut last time; others readily preferred on this occasion.
Showed ability in France as a juvenile and also hinted at more to come during her time with Jamie Osborne when trained in Britain. has shown regressive form since arriving in Ireland though and needs a complete role reversal to stop the rot.
Well beaten in all three starts so far; hard to recommend on his handicap debut.
Cost $165,000 but left Richard Hannon after just one start and has shown very little since joining her current yard; big improvement required from the same mark as when well held on the AW last month.
Was never a factor in any of her three starts in maidens and is very hard to recommend after finishing last on her handicap debut when last seen. Been off since October and best left to her own devices.
Showed some promise on debut but two starts since have been poor; plenty to prove now tacking a handicap for the first time.
Raced solely on the AW at Dundalk so far and has a bit to prove regarding the switch in surface. However, the filly comes here on the back of a much improved effort last time and would be dangerous to overlook in a weak event like this.
Fitted with cheekpieces after three inauspicious starts;the headgear needs to prompt a transformation.
Went close during her time with Amy Murphy last year and rated a 3lb better horse now she's back on turf. Hard to suggest she achieved anything form her run at The Curragh at the start of this month but this does look easier. Place claims if adapts.
Hinted at ability on a couple of occasions and might not have been ideally suited by the heavy going at Gowran Park last time out. First run since October but is 4lb lower and will be interesting to see how she copes with the state of the ground.
Dropped to a fair mark but has yet to recapture to sparkle she showed at Navan last July; two starts last month were modest efforts. Needs to up her game now.
Yet to drop a significant hint that she's able to break her maiden status and plenty to prove back on turf in her first start since last November.
Well held in all four starts last year and the drop to an undistinguished mark for only her second start in a handicap is a worrying sign. Not difficult to leave out of the betting plans.
Did show promise in a couple of maiden last year but has gone the wrong way since. Well beaten at Cork on his seasonal bow and comes here with a lot to find.
Forecasts
Isle Of Shadows (6/4), Olay Power (9/2), Associate Rock (8/1), Libras Power (8/1), Ebony Belle (12/1), Secret Vote (12/1), Nakakande (14/1), Last Judgment (16/1), Dash To Celebrate (16/1), Shamalov (20/1), Son Of Coach House (20/1), Macken (25/1), Masque Of Anarchy (33/1), Shandredee (40/1)
Very much the weaker of the two divisions of this race but it can give LIBRAS POWER a boost as she bids to get off the mark at the sixth time of asking. The Slade Power filly shown improved form at Dundalk at the turn of the year and, having been freshened up b y a break since, she looks worth a punt now she is tried on turf for the first time. Associate Rock should be sharper for the outing at The Curragh earlier this month and is feared as a threat, while Isle Of Shadows and Shalamov, who wears cheekpieces for the first time, can also play strong supporting roles in what is a very weak race.
- Libras Power
- Associate Rock
- Isle Of Shadows
