Winner of this race twice in the past including 12 months ago. Registered a first Group 1 success when victorious on heavy ground at Haydock (6f) last September and likely to run well once more.
Dead-heated for first in last September's Ayr Gold Cup (6f, heavy) and ran a fair race when fifth on seasonal debut at Chelmsford (6f) last month. Likely to appreciate this return to turf.
Placed four times in Group company last season and made a winning seasonal debut when victorious in a conditions race over 6f at Chelmsford last month. Notable runner stepping back up in grade.
Group 3 winner over 1m at Deauville (good-to-soft) in August last year and first start since being gelded when finishing eighth in a valuable handicap at Ascot (7f, good-to-soft) recently. Interesting contender down in trip.
Winner of a valuable 5f handicap at Ascot (good-to-firm) in July last year and placed in Listed company subsequently. More needed if he's to register a second C&D victory.
Ended last season with a 6f victory at Salisbury (good-to-firm) in September. Well held on seasonal debut at Chelmsford last month and others hold stronger claims.
