Consistent hurdler and immediately showed himself to be even better in this discipline when making winning debut over fences at Ayr last week. Beat decent rival on that occasion and his jumping was good. More to come and potentially a nice prospect.
Improving handicapper over hurdles in the autumn rattling off a hat-trick from 2m4f to 3m on good and good to soft. Returned with cut knee when pulled up latest and interesting sort now going over fences for the first time.
Plenty of experience over the larger obstacles but yet to get off the mark in nine attempts and has been trying marathon trips of late. Best form seems to be on softer ground and bit to find at the weights.
Forecasts
Get Out The Gate (4/5), Jersey Bean (6/4), Teddy Tee (7/1)
On official handicap ratings Jersey Bean has the edge on hurdle form but GET OUT THE GATE really impressed with his jumping at Ayr last week and his experience over the larger obstacles may just give him the edge. Teddy Tee may lack the scope of his two opponents.
