C&D winner on this card 12 months ago and registered his first victory since when winning a small field point-to-point at Higham (3m, good-to-firm) last time out. Notable runner in this contest.
Course winner was beaten 2L when finishing runner-up in a point-to-point at Fakenham (3m, good) just over a month ago. Blinkers return for the first time since 2016 and jockey won twice on him in point-to-points last year.
Disappointing when beaten 34L in a 3m hunter chase at Perth (good) on his return to this sphere last month. Showed useful form under Rules prior to that and is a leading contender in this event.
Beaten 16L when finishing runner-up in a hunter chase over an extended 2m4f at Kempton (good-to-firm) three weeks ago. Returning from a lengthy absence that day and likely to have improved for the run.
