Unlucky not to win a bumper here, and similar form over hurdles. Matched pick of earlier efforts when 5¾L fourth of 6 to Lady Kyria on handicap debut at Newcastle last time. Solid place claims at this level.
Fame And Glory half-sister to useful hurdler Pyromaniac, but has a gradually regressive record on the Flat (0-15) and well beaten in a pair of maiden hurdles for Tony Martin. Hooded on debut for new yard now.
Has shown progressive form in bumpers, winning here, and best effort when 9½L third of 13 to The Milan Girl at Bangor last time. Likely type now switching to hurdles, and shortlisted for in-form yard.
No Risk At All half-sister to 2m1f-2m3f French jumps winner Loicia. Promising second in newcomers race at Pau on hurdles bow in December, and has joined leading yard since. Appears the one to beat.
Much her best effort in any sphere when 2¼L second of 5 to Mega Yeats in a 2m4½f mares novice at Market Rasen in March, although that form almost certainly flatters here. Others stronger again.
Half-sister to a couple of poor performers. Finished last on sole outing for Eoghan O'Neill in France last year, and hard to get excited about her chances on hurdles bow after an absence.
Shirocco filly out of a winning stayer over hurdles. Has shown much more temperament than ability in two starts to date, and no surprise to see blinkers going on now.
Forecasts
Baiser Interdit (4/7), Emma Lamb (11/4), Takingitallin (6/1), Catlin (50/1), Maid In Manhattan (50/1), Enchanted Island (150/1), My Shirocco (250/1)
BAISER INTERDIT sets the standard on her debut second for Anne-Sophie Pacault at pau, and can be expected to show plenty more improvement now in the care of Nicky Henderson, so she is readily preferred to Emma Lamb of those with hurdles experience. Takingitallin has improved with each start in bumpers, and may be the one to throw down the biggest challenge to the ex-French recruit.
