Forecast

Morning Skye (5/2), Stronghold (11/4), Melburnian (5/1), Feel Des Mottes (6/1), Imperial Choice (8/1), Optum (25/1), Frere Fontaine (25/1), Spiritus Mundi (25/1), Thousand Tears (33/1), Cahirdown Boy (33/1), Mary Ellis (66/1), Jiving Jerry (66/1), Poets Mountain (66/1), All The Angels (100/1)

Verdict

Four-year-old gelding by Famous Name, MORNING SKYE can take the opener he bids to improve on his second of 14 at Sligo last month. The Joseph O'Brien-trained Stronghold can emerge as the biggest danger here making his hurdling debut, while Melburnian for trainer Tony Martin can battle for the minor honours. The Charles Byrnes-trained Imperial Choice can go well at a price.
  1. Morning Skye
  2. Stronghold
  3. Melburnian
