Well-bred colt who won over an extended mile at this course last October. Kept on well on that occasion and ought to cope with this extra distance. His yard as ever is going the right way. Worth considering for sure,
Wasn't beaten far on debut over C&D last month and open to plenty of improvement. He's a half-brother to a winner over this trip and has plenty going for him. One to bear in mind if supported in the betting.
Half-brother to 6f winner White Tower and Strong Team, who landed a 2m hurdle at Perth in his second season over timber. Respected for his illustrious connections but possible he'll need more time.
Finished stone last on his debut in a Doncaster maiden in March but was better last time out on the AW; still well held by the winner though. Much more required this time.
Not shown much so far and not difficult to omit form the betting plans at present.
Cost €75,000 as a two-year-old and is a half-brother to winners over 1m in France. Yard is in flying form and maintaining a healthy strike-rate. Shortlisted.
Showed plenty of zest on debut here last month, the winner went on the run a blinder in the 2,000 Guineas last week. Sound claims if stepping up another notch.
The form of his debut run was franked by the winner in March and there is likely a good bit more to come. Does his bit to make this an interesting maiden. One to note with an eye on the future.
Bred to get a bit further and may be one to just monitor this time. She's out of a half-sister to Derby winner Kris Kin, so is still worth keeping tabs on from here, as she's bound to be placed to good effect.
Cost €235,000 and is a half-sister to Pakistan Star, a Group 1 winner in Hong Kong. Her dam won in Listed company in Germany and is out of a German Oaks winner. Lots to like on breeding. (Runs in the same ownership as Qarasu). Has to merit interest.
An Archipenko filly out of a Lomitas dam, she's a sister to the decent Medarano, who won between 7f and 1m3f. Worth a betting check but does look more of a long term prospect.
Bred to get this trip at least but sports a hood for this her debut run and lacks the general appeal of some of the others. Best watched.
Cost 10,000 gns, she's out of an unraced dam who is a half-sister to a number of winners up to a mile. Probable that she'll find at least a few more forward and knowledgeable on this occasion.
Well held over a mile at Chelmsford on debut last month and makes limited appeal now she's upped in trip against a stronger calibre of opponent.

Pondus (11/4), Aktau (7/2), Qarasu (9/2), Dalaalaat (9/2), Dubai Falcon (15/2), Nette Rousse (14/1), Jomrok (14/1), Medal Winner (16/1), Frequency Code (33/1), Mr Carpenter (33/1), Earth And Sky (50/1), Wareeda (50/1), Pipoca (66/1), Postie (100/1), Resurrected (150/1), Lexington Warlord (200/1)
A good handful of these are worth keeping notes on for the not too distant future, as the likes of Dalaalaat, Akatau and Auarasu all appeal on pedigree and represent connections that will be keen to boost their respective values. However, NETTE ROUSSE just edges a tough one to call as she has stacks of potential in her pedigree and may be the best hope for her powerful owner on this occasion. Medal Winner is another to consider.
- Nette Rousse
- Dalaalaat
