20/1
Best effort to date for this yard latest when second at Chepstow (2m3½f, good). Goes up 3lb but won off this mark in the past so should prove effective.

Granitic23
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: J McGrath| T: J W Mullins| OR:  110
8/1
Bumper winner outran 100/1 odds to be third at Sandown two start back and ran to a similar level latest when fourth in an Exeter maiden. Can continue his progress now hurdling but this mark no gift.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-11| J: Mr N George(7)| T: T R George| OR:  109| D
7/4
Raced prominently for a long way at Newbury on handicap bow, only fading from the final flight and built on that when scoring at Exeter and Southwell the last twice. Up another 7lb but clearly progressing rapidly so highly respected again.

Winner for Jedd O'Keeffe failed to win in four for Henry Oliver and now changes yard again. Some room to manoeuvre off this mark if change of scenery sparks a revival.

Age: 10|  Weight: 11-10| J: Aidan Coleman| T: J Farrelly| OR:  108
22/1
Won twice, both at Newton Abbot with the latest over 3m2½f. May have needed run when pretty lifeless at Fontwell latest so can do better now with ground ideal.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-10| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams| OR:  108
12/1
Thrice raced son of excellent sire Milan showed glimpses of ability the last twice in finishing midfield. Almost certain to fare better now handicapping for excellent trainer and makes genuine appeal now.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-9| J: Joshua Moore| T: G & J Moore| OR:  107

Stuck to it to finish fourth on debut at Sandown and built on that next when third at Chepstow. Very unexposed then for this her handicap debut but already shown enough to make her an interesting proposition.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-9| J: Ben Godfrey(7)| T: Miss S Smith| OR:  107
25/1
Bought for €15,000 in November 2018, but well beaten on both starts for Suzy Smith (slipping 11lb in the weights as a result). Better latest when third at Wincanton however but may prefer more give in the ground.

Age: 8|  Weight: 11-7| J: C Poste| T: T H Weston| OR:  105| D
25/1
Off the mark at the 11th time of asking at Uttoxeter in December, his most recent start. 7lb higher here and faces likely very different ground (won on soft). Others have less question marks.

Horse silk
Cape Fair13
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: James Bowen| T: G Hanmer| OR:  105
25/1
Tailed off in first two starts but signs of life latest when a fair fourth of nine at Bangor. Can improve further but this may come too soon in her development.

Horse silk
Mere Anarchyv113
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-6| J: T J O'Brien| T: R Stephens| OR:  104| BF
3/1
Reasonably weighted as shown when third at Chepstow latest but sole hurdles win came three years ago. Seems better suited to some cut in the ground so any rain will be welcomed.

Legend Ladyh59
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-4| J: James Best| T: Miss J Du Plessis| OR:  102
10/1
Over three years since her only hurdles success but has run pretty well in her last two starts and the handicapper keeps aiding her cause. Certainly has place possibilities here.

Horse silk
Ri An Rian27
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-2| J: Harry Teal(5)| T: Mrs L J Mongan| OR:  100| D
33/1
Lost his maiden tag when winning over fences at Tipperary in July but two subsequent runs in the autumn were disappointing, particularly when pulled-up at Plumpton. Needs to leave modest return behind him here.

Act Alonet25
Age: 10|  Weight: 10-12| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: J Mason| OR:  96| D
33/1
Won a maiden hurdle for Nicky Henderson once upon a time, but was well beaten in recent runs at Warwick and Market Rasen on his return from an absence of 931-days and worse still latest when pulled up.

Horse silk
Freedom Chimes79
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-10| J: Benjamin Poste| T: Mrs R Gasson| OR:  94WS
20/1
Well beaten in all three completed starts since joining this yard and although nicely treated on some of his Irish form, he clearly carries risks at present after pulling up latest.

Verdict

A chance is taken here on Gary Moore's lightly raced French import EPISODE who has shown enough in two starts for the stable to suggest this mark is well within range, further improvement is also possible. Hat-trick seeker Manofthemoment will be popular and rightly so with his claims quite obvious. Mouseinthehouse is an interesting contender also and the sort who could leave previous efforts well behind now handicapping.
