Dual winner last year at up 1m1f but started the year in below-par fashion although she's hardly on a good mark at the moment. Did meet some interference last time but hard to blame that for her display; now back up to 1m2f.
Made her reappearance on the AW for the second year running; came on a lot for taking that route last year. C&D winner off just 1lb lower having shown some useful form in handicaps; usually races prominently, one for the shortlist.
Four handicap wins to her name last year the last over this trip at Redcar (4lb lower mark) her form this year has been rather in-and-out. Well below-par last time (ran in snatches) she needs to bounce back here (mark has proved too tough before).
In good form for most of last year ending the season on a high note with her fourth win that coming over this trip at Sandown. Suited by the way that race was run (strong gallop) she starts this season 6lb higher, may just need this.
Managed to win on her handicap debut last year benefitting from the switch to turf and this 1m2f trip. Ran with credit after that although this mark appears to test her; not ideally placed on her recent return to action, can race freely.
Makes her seasonal reappearance and may well need this run (has done in the past) having run well on the AW when last seen at Kempton (ran too free). Has twice won at Lingfield (1m2f) so that augurs well for her handling this switchback terrain.

Forecasts
Sweet Charity (2/1), Geetanjali (9/2), Winged Spur (9/2), Double Reflection (5/1), Lady Alavesa (6/1), Ashazuri (13/2), Bubble And Squeak (7/1)
The two seasonal debutantes Ashazuri and Geetanjali will be of interest in this sphere with this under their belts but face a few rivals today who have already had a run and look to have a fitness edge. DOUBLE REFLECTION has always looked to need her first run and second time out could well be the time to catch her with a reappearance run tucked away after she showed some good handicap form last year including a C&D win. Sweet Charity ran with credit last time from a less than ideal position but she does need to prove herself off this mark while Lady Alavesa should run well although this grade has proved beyond her before.
- Double Reflection
- Sweet Charity
- Lady Alavesa
