Nine-time dual purpose scorer who landed a selling hurdle at Leicester in January. Wears first time tongue-tie but seems to struggle these days in non-selling company.
Showed ability on first of two starts for Harry Fry back in 2016 before running poorly on second start for that yard. Not seen since and debuts for new yard following three year absence so will do well to get involved.
Mixes hurdles and fences and ran well when second at Wincanton recently on first start back from a break. Big chance if that effort hasn't left its mark.
Placed five times from seven starts but yet to get his head in front. Fair second here over 2m last time and chance extra half mile will help his cause.
Scored at around this trip at Hereford in January 2018 off 3lb lower mark. Struggled to score since but signs of a revival when third last time at Uttoxeter and similar effort could take him close here.
Stayed on well to score at this trip at Huntingdon in March and ran well off 5lb higher mark over slightly longer trip last time at Ludlow. Slightly shorter trip a positive and represnts top team.
Has been struggling for most of last two seasons both over hurdles and fences. Raced over a variety of trip and faded here last time over nearly 3m. Drop in distance should help but doesn't make a huge amount of appeal.
Yet to trouble the judge in seven starts so far and hasn't been seen since unseating his rider very early on here last summer. Gets weight all round but is hard to enthuse over on balance of form to date.

Forecasts
Mabela (11/8), Salto Chisco (7/2), Mythical Prince (4/1), Cougar Kid (5/1), Farmer Boy (16/1), Melody Of Scotland (16/1), Regulation (16/1), Valgor Du Ronceray (28/1), Ayalor (66/1)
A low-grade handicap hurdle with most of the runners having questions to answer, but COUGAR KID ran farily well at Uttoxeter last time and a small step up on that might prove good enough. Mythical Prince still has time to get his act together and has shown some ability, while the disappointing Melody of Scotland is very well handicapped on his best form but has been woefully out of touch of late. Mabela is one of the few to come here in good heart and could give the selection most to do along with the consistent Salto Chisco.
