Made a wining hurdles bow at Huntingdon last May and bounced back to his best with a C&D win last time under an enterprising ride from today's conditional rider. Should go well again although may not be granted such an easy lead this time.
Won at Uttoxeter and Cartmel last summer but no seen since outclassed but not disgraced in listed hurdle at Wetherby in November. Has every chance on official ratings if fit enough after his winter break.
Won 2-4 on Flat for Roger Charlton and did it well enough n third outing over hurdles when scoring at Catterick in Ferbuary. Bit off more than he could chew in hot handicap hurdle at Ascot last time. This more his level and should go well.
Four-time Flat winner but is 0-12 over hurdles and has struggled off low weights in modest handicaps. Has little chance on ratings and has a mountain to climb.
Stable companion of Ormesher. Scored on Flat over nearly 1m4f at Windsor for Richard Hannon but hasn't shown much at all in three outings over hurdles for current yard.
Placed three times from 13 starts on Flat for Archie Watson and joined current shrewd yard in April. Tailed off though on hurdles bow at Warwick recently and will have to take a very big step forward of he's going to play his part here.

Forecasts
Mon Port (1/1), Al Kherb (15/8), Ormesher (7/2), Doctor Jazz (25/1), Steel Helmet (25/1), Oskemen (33/1), Port Lairge (100/1)
AL KHERB faced a very tough task at Ascot last time and this is more his level. He has a decent chance of regaining the winning thread getting weight from two of his main rivals. Mon Port made all over C&D last time and is respected under his penalty as he bids to follow up, while dual hurdles winner Ormesher could well be ready for the fray on his first start back from a winter break. It's hard to see anything else getting into the argument.
- Al Kherb
- Ormesher
