Well held in two bumpers late last year (50-1 each time) before being switched to the Flat over 6f; Tapeta at Newcastle (200-1). Rather surprisingly showed some ability there; stable/Fibresand debut, still faces a stiff task even after his last run.
Like quite a few from his yard took well to this surface first time out winning over this 6f trip in good fashion despite showing some understandable inexperience. Looks set to improve on that showing even under his 7lb penalty.
Got the better of the one that she dominated the market with last time over C&D; travelled well and won readily. Carries the lesser 5lb penalty here and should make the most of the weights she receives from Astro Jakk; in good hands to progress.
Steps out on the AW/Fibresand for the first time returning from a long break having shaped better than the bare result when last seen. Pedigree offers hope that he will act on the surface but faces two decent types that already have.
Well held in a Pontefract novice over today's trip never really getting involved. Gets her first taste of Fibresand with the long-term future looking to be in handicaps; surprise if she can get involved here.
Makes her Fibresand debut but is by Mayson (always a sire to respect on this surface; 25% strike-rate). Attracted support on her only outing last year at Leicester (6f, good) showing plenty to work on; progress expected, threat if ready to go.
Very green and given a very considerate introduction on her only start so far over 6f on Tapeta (never involved). Now returns from a long break facing a stiff task on Fibresand for the first time; others offer a more persuasive argument.

Take out the three outsiders and you have an interesting four-way battle which may not be as clear cut as the betting suggests for the likely market leader C&D winner Inspired Thought. There’s more to come from her but it may prove worth looking elsewhere with Mayson filly PARION catching the eye on her one run last year and by a sire whose progeny go very well on Fibresand. Astro Jakk can’t be left out of calculations having won over C&D although his penalty makes life tougher with Sense Of Belonging not out of this although he does have to prove himself on the surface.
