Has won three of his five starts over fences and ran another huge race when well backed at Cheltenham last month. Every chance this step up in trip will see him improve and gives the impression he's well-handicapped.
Won at Taunton before finishing fourth in a Grade 3 at Kempton subsequently but the form of both those races has been let down subsequently and doubts over well-handicapped he is now are the main concern.
Losing run goes back more than two years and still only 4lb below that mark. No real signs he's ready to hit the winners' enclosure again any time soon and didn't look like a natural chaser when well beaten last time on chase debut.
Failed to build on a promising enough reappearance when tailed off at Plumpton last time. Not always a fluent jumper and vulnerable to less exposed types.
