Looked a chasing type when landing a Naas maiden hurdle but he has had issues with burst blood vessels since. Will have little difficulty with the longer trip, but hard to trust he will remain sound.
Longstanding maiden who was second of 19 at Cork last July. Back to a more modest level later that month and this chase debut will be his first run since.
Bumper winner who has proved inconsistent over hurdles. Looks the stable third string on chase debut going off jockey bookings.
Winning point-to-pointer was not far off being the best of these over hurdles and he certainly looks one of the more progressive. Has the build of a chaser and it would be disappointing if he did not put up a bold show.
Winner between the flags and over hurdles. Made a satisfactory debut over fences last June, but an absence since casts a doubt he will be up to the task.
Failed to figure in six starts under Rules including on chase debut. Likely to be of more interest once eligible for handicaps.
Moderate 88-rated hurdler outran that mark over fences last time. Hard to use the runner-up as a yardstick, but he still rates a big player if reproducing that sort of effort.
Rated superior to a lot of these over hurdles and he is one of the more experienced chasers in the lineup. Beaten even-money favourite on return to the larger obstacles last month so questions to answer.
Only win came here over hurdles and he would be the highest rated of these over timber. Came down early on chase debut and was never in the hunt next time. Booking of top rider suggests he may be ready to step up.
Landed a fast ground point-to-point in January and has gone well on both starts for this yard. Held every chance before coming down at Leopardstown and he is one for the shortlist.
Wexford hurdle winner has been out of sorts lately. Hard to fancy on chase debut against higher rated rivals.
