Winner of an Irish point-to-point who has yet to quite find his form under Rules although he was totally unsuited by the pace angle in his last race which turned into a sprint. Ought to be more at home in this bigger field; hard to ignore.
Bumper was modest and he ran below even that form on his hurdles debut last time out looking rather awkward. May be one for the longer term even with this increased trip expected to suit.
Winning Irish point-to-pointer who has hinted at ability in a couple of hurdles runs but looks more one for handicaps in the future. Needs this run for a mark so worth keeping an eye with a view to his future prospects.
Irish point-to-point winner at Durrow on his second start who shaped as though he had some ability in both his bumper starts. Showed an aptitude for hurdling on his debut after a break but does look one who needs some time.
Lightly-raced sort who won an Irish maiden point-to-point on debut and has shown more for this yard over hurdles than he did in bumpers for Neil Mulholland. Did regress from his hurdles debut (better than that); now hooded (first-time).
Little impact in bumpers\maiden hurdles; finished well held last time having at least tried to show something under a positive ride in first-time blinkers. Headgear retained here but unlikely we will see an improved display.
The sum total of his two bumper runs and three hurdles runs so far amounts to zero. Hood now added after he was pulled-up last time out having raced too freely; not one that makes much appeal.
Had a year off but returned to build on a debut that was full of promise to score in an Aintree bumper (showed inexperience; won nicely). Hurdles debut (after anther break) also reads well in the context of this race; progress looks likely.
Twice run well in novice hurdles with her form looking good enough to be competitive in handicaps over staying trips. Gave herself little chance when refusing to settle on her handicap debut; has the form to get involved if she settles.

The potential that Aintree bumper winner SOJOURN showed on his initial hurdles start at Wincanton could well be built on here as he steps up in trip slightly for his second hurdles outing. His main danger appears to be Eclair De Guye who is back in novice company after running well over C&D in a handicap (stiff mark) last time. Bubbles Of Gold should be more suited by this test with Oh Michelle a player if she settles this time after pulling her chance away in a Ludlow handicap.
