Cheaply bought Anjaal half-sister to 2-y-o 5f winner Compton Poppy and 6f winner Reflation out of a maiden half-sister to high-class sprinter Kyllachy. Some appeal on breeding, and in-form yard have booked leading rider for debut.
By Camacho out of a modest 2-y-o 6f winner. Yard had 3 winning 2-y-o newcomers in 2018 from 20 runners, so can't be ignored, but others make more obvious appeal.
Starspangledbanner filly who cost £50,000 as a yearling, and represents a yard with a 33% strike-rate with debutants here last year. Much respected despite tricky draw.
Hot Streak half-sister to 5f-6f winner Tan and 6f winner Speed Vision. Cost only £2,000, and yard, which historically does well with early juveniles, is 0-13 with such newcomers in last couple of years.
60,000 gns Oasis Dream filly who is related to several at least useful performers. Powerful yard has an 18% strike-rated with 2-y-o's first time out, and inside draw looks a bonus. The one to beat.
Swiss Spirit filly out of a poor maiden, and fetched just 800 gns as a yearling. Yard has had two debutant winners from 39 runners in last couple of years, both at big prices.
Camacho half-sister to 6f winner Billyfairplay, and cost €10,000. Yard had third and fourth (from four runners) in Brocklesby at Doncaster, suggesting its juveniles are well forward. Respected.

The market will clearly be useful here with a field of unraced juvenile fillies, but the one who makes most appeal on paper is PERFECT ROSE, who has the pedigree of a useful performer and is well drawn on the fence. Lady Kermit hasn't fared as well with the draw, but Archie Watson does well with juveniles, and she is shortlisted on that basis, a comment which also applies to Mick Channon's Bartat.
