A useful chaser under rules for this yard and has run well twice in these sort of races since returning from wind surgery. Should make a bold attempt at upholding the recent Ludlow form with Marinero (if he runs) and looks the one to beat.
Highly consistent in point-to-points and been profitable to follow. Faces a different calibre of opponent in the shape of Always On The Run though and needs to be at his very best to turn him over on these terms.
Has a bit to find on the official ratings but been in good form on the pointing scene and is entitled to respect as tactics will play a part and he gets on well with today's rider. Looks the main beneficiary if Always On The Run under performs.

Forecasts
Always On The Run (8/13), Marinero (1/1), Ravished (13/8), Iron Chancellor (16/1)
This ought to be straightforward for ALWAYS ON THE RUN, who has some good form over regulation fences and comes into this on the back of a solid effort at Ludlow last month. Marinero, who ran at Warwick yesterday, will be the main threat if he makes the quick reappearance. However, he has work to do to reverse the Ludlow form with the selection and he needs to jump a lot better this time too. Ravished can play a part if this turns into a tactical affair; he looks a safer option than Iron Chancellor, who takes on much stronger opponents than he's used to facing on the point-to-point scene.
