Is a former C&D winner returning from an absence sporting a first-time tongue-tie. Booking of Oisin Murphy is a positive one and worth a betting check now.
Turf winner here last May over slightly further off a mark 2lb higher than this one. 0-4 previously on the AW and hasn't shown a distinct liking. Would prefer to see positives back from a break before supporting.
4-14 record on turf not yet matched on the AW (0-7) but not beaten all that far despite finishing fifth last time at Wolverhampton and could be capable of a challenge on that evidence.
C&D win in December 2017 remains most recent success, has slipped another 5lb in the ratings since fair run here in January and latest Kempton disappointment was in much stronger company. Could raise game.
Frontrunner broke his duck over extended-mile at Wolverhampton last month, having previously gone close here. No real excuses having set the fractions since at Kempton and more demanded upped in journey.
Newcastle winner over this trip last month and not seen to best effect since at Wolverhampton in a race devoid of meaningful pace. Can possibly bounce back to better here.

Newcastle scorer THAWRY wasn't best suited by a muddling gallop in his one start since at Wolverhampton. There should be pace on in this contest however and that will be in his favour. He's got decent claims if taking to this track. Emenem has dropping down the ratings and finds an easier task on paper than his recent Kempton run while Winged Spur and the returning El Ghazwani need a second look.
