Back under rules at Wexford (2m, soft to heavy) this month and beat all bar easy winner home, an effort that puts him on the shortlist for honours now.
C&D winner in March 2017 but just a modest strike-rate of 3-29 over fences all told, form through 2018 didn't suggest another win is imminent and well held over 3m at Limerick on St Patrick's Day.
Mahler mare made it 13th time luck when holding off A Girl Like Me to win Mares' Beginners Chase at Thurles (2m2f, good to yielding) recently, should show benefit of that win now back in a handicap. In the mix here.
13-race maiden and glimpses of a breakthrough have only been fleeting at best. Goes back up in trip now but others appeal plenty more.
Losing run is closing in on two years now and still only rated 9lb below that previous win-mark. Didn't run too badly on reappearance at Thurles (2m4½f, good to yielding) this month, but must build on that now.
Sole win under rules in 34 attempts came in a handicap chase at Thurles in December over an extended three-miles off a mark 5lb below this one. Poor next two starts, though has since run fair races over hurdles.
Point-to-point winner but failed to figure in two starts since placing in a maiden hunter chase at Cork (3m, heavy) last April, including when beaten 57L on handicap debut in December. Off since.
Placed on his last two starts most recently when 10L third over an extended 2m5f at Leopardstown (good to yielding) earlier this month. Has to be given claims in this field.
Only win in 41 starts came in Sligo bumper back in 2012. Poor form of late over both hurdles and fences and is hard to fancy on that basis.
Hit form in the autumn to score at Wexford and Sligo over 3m+ trips in September, hasn't been a threat in either start lately after a layoff and chase record reads 3-24 now.
24 races over both hurdles and fences and still a maiden. Only lightly-raced over the past 12 months but looks fully exposed at this point and others are preferred again.

Forecasts
Cloudy Morning (9/4), Kilbarry Calling (6/1), Polish Partisan (6/1), Loch Luatha (8/1), Witness Of Fashion (9/1), Flynsini (9/1), Stonehall Jack (10/1), Doldido (10/1), Cowboy Des Long (10/1), Highest Benefit (12/1), Shanklys Dawn (20/1), Nomanbehind (25/1), Tj Goodtymes (25/1)
Cloudy Morning beat all bar an easy winner at Wexford this month on first start for new connections and is of interest coming here as a result but KILBARRY CALLING landed a beginners chase at Thurles this month seemingly with plenty in hand and Con O'Keeffe's charge could prove more than good enough for this mark on her handicap debut. Witness Of Fashion is also on the shortlist while Cowboy Des Long's best form would see him in with a chance.
