Gelding by Gold Well out of a Synefos mare, fair run at Navan (2m, yielding to soft) last month on bumper debut, beaten 22L into sixth of 12. Tongue-tie added now, more called for.
Stowaway gelding, cost €82,000. Appears that the penny is starting to drop after successive runner-up finishes at Navan (both 2m, yielding/yielding to soft) and firmly in the picture here.
Has rendered a number of satisfactory displays when running well in defeat, including when last seen in January finishing fifth of 12 beaten 6L in a Cork bumper. Improvement expected and booking of Jamie Codd can only be a positive.
Doyen mare, has run to similar level in three bumpers thus far, ensuring there is plenty room for improvement now.
Daughter of Flemensfirth out of a Good Thyne mare. Good second on debut at Fairyhouse (2m, good to yielding; 3-1jf) on debut, below-par run next time at Punchestown next time and player on previous effort.

Verdict

FASOLO TIDO made a pleasing debut when second at Fairyhouse in December and likely wasn't right when disappointing as favourite next time at Punchestown. If that was a blip, she's the one to beat here under Patrick Mullins. Multifactorial is now consistent and has been second in his last two starts, ensuring he is the key danger ahead of potential improver The Dude Abides, who gets Jamie Codd for company.
