This may prove tactical as none of the four prefer to make the running. CARDSHARP quickened up nicely off a strong gallop to land a well-contested handicap last week and has no fitness questions to answer. His form in finishing a close third in a Goodwood Group 3 last year puts him on a different level to his rivals and he has to be the pick. Glendevon has ability but can be hard to settle. An ability to stay further gives Shane Kelly an option to make the running but he is beginning to look disappointing and Crossing The Line may be a bigger threat. She progressed into a useful handicapper last season and the 8lb she receives gives her a chance given the current form of the yard
