Put the experience she had gained from her third on debut in a point-to-point to good use when making all to take a Warwick bumper on debut (made all). That form looks smart, second has already finished fourth in Listed company; weight to give away.
Trainer yet to have a bumper winner on debut (0-6); mare by Oscar who cost €6,500 as a three-year-old; dam lightly raced in point-to-points. Best watched unless there is some market interest.

Another yard who are yet to have a debut bumper winner from a limited amount of runners though (0-6). Half-sister to three winners; winner in Irish point-to-points on her second attempt; one to watch in the market.
Trainer not had a winning bumper debutant since 2013 (Tara Mist) so hope not high for this daughter of Fair Mix. Dam a hurdles/chase winner up to 2m7f, also a 2m winner on the Flat; looks a longer-term project.
Midnight Legend mare who cost £3,000 as a three-year-old from a yard that have just a 6% strike-rate with their debutantes in this sphere. Dam was lightly-raced but is closely related to top-class chaser Nacarat; time needed.

Starts out life with a new stable having had one outing so far in a C&D bumper for Sarah Hollinshead in October. Hooded on that occasion (removed now), makes little appeal on pedigree; showed very little on debut.
Yard have a fair record in bumpers (16% strike-rate with debutantes) and this Sakhee mare is a half-sister to the fair hurdler Dakota Grey; dam half-sister to bumper winner (on debut)/useful hurdler Amaretto Rose; should get involved.

Trainer already 10-53 in bumpers this year and this daughter of Passing Glance already has plenty of experience (three starts so far). Her last two starts have shown her well up to winning something like this (strong form); likely to go very close.

Second ever bumper runner for this fledgling trainer; daughter of Mastercraftsman who cost just £2,500 as a three-year-old, has a decent Flat pedigree. Makes her debut; others present stronger cases.

Forecasts

Eyes Right (1/1), Yeavering Belle (2/1), Destinys Choice (6/1), Midnight Antics (16/1), Tequila Blaze (20/1), Cucumber Gin (20/1), Fair And Dandy (33/1), Reciprocity (66/1), Paloma Rosa (100/1)

Verdict

Both Kim Bailey and Alan King can present strong bumper records overall and this season and it’s their two mares that look likely to dominate this event. Yeavering Belle (Bailey) has already won her bumper making all in what looks as though it could be a strong event at Warwick. But one way or another she has to concede a lot of weight to EYES RIGHT (King) who although she’s hasn’t won yet can present some equally strong/solid form. Of the others Destiny’s Choice and Tequila Blaze look the pick although both make their debuts and make lack the experience to trouble the main players.
  1. Eyes Right
  2. Yeavering Belle
  3. Destinys Choice
