20:15 Dundalk Fri 15 March 2019
Former Godolphin gelding who finished runner-up on four starts here over 7f and 1m losing the race in the stewards room last March when in the care of trainer Mick Halford. Could be of interest on stable debut.
Winner of two of his five starts over C&D the latest of which came in a 15k handicap last month off an 8lb lower mark. Always gives his running but appears on a high enough mark right now.
One from 16 starts here which came in one of his 10 contests over C&D. Has been showing good form other further at this venue towards the end of the year. Possibly best watched on return to action dropping back in trip.
C&D winner whose losing streak now numbers 13 and now races off a 7lb lower mark than his last win. In the right hands to improve but has not been seen since November.
Boasts a 50% strike rate over C&D winning four of his eight starts over the combination. Well held over 1m2½f last month but may have a squeak dropping in trip with adept claimer in the plate.
Running well in defeat since returning to the venue last month not beaten far in a couple of starts over varying trips. Hit the frame in October on sole start over C&D and worthy of consideration in this company.
Failed to win a hat trick of wins over 1m when finishing sixth of 10 beaten 4L last month off a 15lb higher mark than his win in January. Could be of interest dropping in trip for yard with a good record here in March since 2016.
Beaten favourite when last seen in October in a Gowran Park 7f handicap finishing second of 15 beaten ½L. Well held on both previous starts here and likely to need the run back.
Distance winner but without success on six occasions at this venue. Failed to beat any rivals home in three of his last four starts and well below par form looks set to continue.
