Won back-to-back races over C&D at the back-end of last summer. Not in the same form since but shaped with promise after a break last time and with first-time blinkers added here could be dangerous.
Previous C&D winner who's been in god form. Winner off 5lb lower at Wolverhampton three starts back before being held in a stronger race than this back there over 6f last time. Drops in grade and should be in the mix.
Smart on his day and won a Group 2 as a juvenile. Hasn't won since 2016 now but shaped much better than the bare result over C&D last time when not getting the best of runs. Should come on for that and is entitled to run well.
Been in fine form around here over 6f this winter having won in December and gone close the last twice. Drops in trip here but has good draw and clearly thrives at this venue.
Has won 14 times in the past but was badly out of form when last seen back in September. Returns from a six-month break but will need to be cherry ripe to be winning on return here.
Had hinted that his turn was not far away prior to just getting up late on at Newcastle (5f) two week ago. Riders claim offsets the small rise in the weights but this track is a different test altogether.
Front-runner who's running style is well suited to this venue. Draw has not been overly kind but should still be able to get prominent and will be a danger to all if getting loose on the front.
Has left the crossbar in pieces of late with close seconds on his last three starts. Sure to go well again if getting a good pace to aim at. Entered at Southwell Thursday.
