Makes racecourse/Fibresand debut having been gelded at the age of four; half-brother to three winners. Bound to need the experience though and tough to give weight to what look to be some useful types.
Looks rather limited on her two runs so far making very little impact on her debut over 6f (Tapeta). Showed even less when tried over 5f here last time out and hard to make a case for trying 7f for the first time.
Yard do well with their runners here and are not averse to having one ready for debut. Cost 145,000 guineas as a juvenile but now makes his debut (brother/half-brother to some useful types); pedigree doesn't scream Fibresand scorer though.
Trainer never to be underestimated on this surface and this one ran to a fair level at Kempton (6f). Looked in need of the experience (went in snatches)but likely to stay this trip with some improvement to come.
Down in trip (debut over 1m2f) and trying a new surface for his second run having raced freely on debut. Not enough promise there to recommend him for this; best watched for now.
Managed to step forward from his first two starts when last seen in the summer as a two-year-old for his former yard and gelded since that time. Now makes his debut for this yard on a new surface from a wide draw; type who may interest in handicaps.
Two outings over 1m on the Tapeta at Newcastle have shown a little ability although he looks to need a longer rather than shorter trip in the future. Needs this for a mark and his future lies in handicaps over further.
Newcomer who cost £8,000 as a yearling (has been gelded already); dam was a winner at up to 1m3f. Trainer does have the odd debut winner so the market may well be worth noting for any activity.
Three Tapeta outings so far have shown only a modicum of ability although he's better than he showed last time (didn't appear to see the trip; 1m out). Blinkers now on for the first-time switched to Fibresand with the pedigree offering some hope.
Second foal of a French 1m winner who cost £33,000 as a juvenile. Interesting to see him make his debut here with a top AW rider booked; could be one to note in the market.
Hard to find much promise in either his starts with the run over 1m here last time not offering anything that could be considered progress on his debut. Makes very limited appeal.
Steps up to 7f which seems a strange decision especially on this testing surface for one who has a speedy pedigree. Did show some improvement from her debut last time, now makes her Fibresand debut; more interest when handicapping.
Has a pedigree that offers plenty of appeal and ran to a fair level when third on her debut over C&D; not beaten far by two more experienced types. Fairly weak in the market that day she looks open to plenty of progress; leading chance.

The usual mixed bag that you generally get for Fibresand maidens but it should give previous C&D third SENSE OF DIRECTION a good chance to gain her initial win having shown plenty of promise on her debut here for a yard that are no stranger to success here. The chief threats could well come from two other powerful Northern stables in the shape of Mark Johnston’s Creek Island and the Kevin Ryan-trained Battle Of Yarmouk who makes his debut. One or two will be of interest for handicaps later on particularly Kimberley Girl and Mushaageb who should be suited by this surface with the blinkers on first-time.
