17:05 Market Rasen Thu 14 March 2019
Back to best on third run for this yard when scoring over C&D in January. The three market leaders failed to complete that day, however he underlined his wellbeing when finding a well-backed rival just too good in a Huntingdon hurdle.
Has come in for support on three of his last four starts and finished second on each occasion. Looks one paced and this quick circuit may not suit.
Does not seem to know how to put two good performances together. Jumped well to finish second in a competitive Fakenham heat on his return but flopped last time. The trip and ground may have been to blame so rain would be preferable ahead of this.
His sole win in 16 starts came over C&D. However, he has looked a bit lazy over 3m lately so the return to shorter is a worry. On the plus side the race may take little winning and he appears to be on a workable mark.
2-3 around here but better at 3m and his last four victories have come from marks of 85 or less. Last run was poor so plenty to prove.
