Last of three finishers on yard debut and pulled up next time. Needs to banish both runs from the memory before entering calculations.
Landed back to back races in December and held every chance when falling at the last on latest start. Dropped in class and will not mind any further rain.
Won on first two attempts under rules over hurdles a year ago but switch to fences hasn't worked out yet and plenty to prove at present. Cheekpieces fitted this afternoon.
Off the mark at the first attempt over fences when taking a 2m5f novices' handicap by a nose on heavy going at Ffos Las. Showed the mischievous side of his character here last time when he looked reluctant to race and headgear now fitted.
Half-brother to Welsh National winner Monbeg Dude and similarly suited to boggy conditions. Not at his best this term but nicely weighted should conditions turn in his favour.
Twice a winner as a novice last term and managed thirds in three of his four starts this season which hasn't helped handicap wise. Upped in trip now but looked doubtful stayer only previous start over 3m so that the big doubt.
Young horse who has taken well to chasing winning two of his first three starts over the bigger obstacles. Did not jump with his usual fluency last time but he is likely to prove better back at this longer trip.
