Yet to win but has run some crackers in defeat. Drops back in trip here after a near miss over 7f at Wolverhampton last time and the visor is now added. Sound claims.

Only had two wins in 20 starts now and losing run is mounting up but mark is dropping as a result. Has a rail draw and talented claimer on board but needs to raise her game all the same.

C&D winner who ran a cracker over C&D two starts back. Not as good over 7f last time so drop back in trip a plus but can be hard to get right and high draw is a negative.

All three wins have come over shorter than this trip and yet to hit the target here. Well held last two starts and others appear in better form.

Ran well at Lingfield in December but has disappointed in three starts since including over C&D. Mark continues to fall and cheekpieces are now added. Needs more from career-low mark.

Better at this trip than the mile here three days ago. Mark continues to slide and will surely take advantage of it sooner or later. Well drawn and has place claims at least.

Won over C&D in January off a 1lb lower mark. Wheels have come off a little since but would have a squeak if able to come back to his best here.

Previous C&D winner who knows where the winning line is. Well held when attempting to make all at Wolverhampton last time and needs to do much better here to see these off.

Has disappointed on all three starts at Southwell now so you can put a line through her last run. Prior to that she posted to useful efforts (including behind the thriving Lion Hearted) and she's a player for sure here.

Still a maiden after 23 starts and hasn't been shaping like a win is around the corner. Riders big claim helps though and certainly brings him into the reckoning if putting best foot forward.

Moving toward the veteran stage now but is chucked in on his old form. Returns from a six-month absence and a good chance this will put him spot on for the turf season.

Forecasts

Queen Of Kalahari (7/2), Mr Potter (5/1), Legal Mind (11/2), Canimar (7/1), Alligator (7/1), Wotamadam (9/1), Dalness Express (11/1), Storm Lightning (16/1), Toolatetodelegate (16/1), Clement (20/1), Deer Song (40/1), Noble Deed (40/1)

Verdict

Nothing to rely on overly here and it may be worth taking a chance that CANIMAR can get back to her form before she struggled at Southwell. If she can build on her two previous runs she would have strong claims here. Legal Mind is dangerous with the visor on first-time whilst Queen Of Kalahari is also worthy of consideration.
  1. Canimar
  2. Legal Mind
  3. Queen Of Kalahari
