Verdict

Trainer Gordon Elliott appears to have found an ideal opening for his Birdstone gelding MARKHAN to get back to winning ways by landing the closing race of the evening here. The six-year-old has been running well in defeat since the turn of the year and can get the better of C&D winner in January, All's Quiet who can emerge as the biggest danger.
