Off time: 16:02 | Winning time: 6m 3.10s

Canyon City⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-12| J: Bryony Le Clerc| T: N B King| OR: 133| C

9/5

Bounced back from rare below par effort when staying on third at Kempton last week over 2m5f in a blanket finish. Looks worth a go at this longer trip and won here earlier in the season so has to be respected.

Form: 112203

Sir Mangan¹²

Age: 11| Weight: 11-6| J: William Marshall⁽¹⁰⁾| T: D Skelton| OR: 127

10/1

Returns to the smaller obstacles after a couple of tame efforts over fences. Did run well over hurdles here last spring but something to prove after more recent efforts and others have more solid claims.

Form: 792275

Wind Place And Sho^p³⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 10-13| J: J M Quinlan| T: J M P Eustace| OR: 120

7/1

Has run well here before but this is a step up in class and worrying that he refused to raced recently for the second time in his career.

Form: 12722R

Oxford Blu^p,t³⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-8| J: Aidan Coleman| T: O Murphy| OR: 115| C

18/1

Has lost his way over hurdles and step up to 3m2f on latest didn't work. Plenty to prove for now.

Form: 2P0-769

Kilbrew Boy³⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 10-8| J: Kielan Woods| T: B I Case| OR: 115| C

9/2

Front runner who got off the mark here in December over 2m4f. Probably stayed when tried at 3m at Doncaster and may do better returned to this venue.

Form: 0-46145

Uno Mas^p¹⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: James Bowen| T: Christian Williams| OR: 114| CD

2/1

In cracking form and completed quick hat-trick with game win at Warwick recently, once again showing great attitude. Up in class today but two from two at this track and won't go down without a fight.

Form: 412111

Forecasts

Canyon City (9/5), Uno Mas (2/1), Kilbrew Boy (9/2), Wind Place And Sho (7/1), Sir Mangan (10/1), Oxford Blu (18/1)

UNO MAS has another 8lb rise to overcome but is worth a go in this better class and certainly won't lack for heart in his bid for for a sixth win last eight starts. Canyon City ran right up to his best at Kempton last week and may do better for the extra trip and rates the danger with Kilbrew Boy also rating a threat back at this track.
