Has been the last to complete on both chase starts. Hurdles and point-to-point form indicate he may be better on a sound surface, so too early to write off.
Placed in a maiden point-to-point on his second start in that sphere before transferring to this yard. Has offered little over hurdles though so far; pulled up last twice and faces a hard task here
Has not jumped well on either chase start and would probably have finished ahead of Equus Secretus last time with a clear round.
Unsettled by an early mistake last time, but his previous chasing efforts at Cheltenham and Uttoxeter look solid and his yard are in excellent form.

Piton Pete and Equus Secretus have met previously over hurdles and fences. On the first occasion the latter held sway, but Oliver Sherwood's charge looked dangerous when coming down two out at Ludlow and would probably have reversed the placings. Over this trip Piton Pete is marginally preferred, but STATION MASTER wil be hard to beat if reproducing the Cheltenham run that saw him chase home The Young Master. He failed to show his real worth last time, but with his yard having had four winners from their last six runners, there is every reason to expect he will do better today.
