Form of his expolits in the point-to-point field is not as good as the form figures imply. Two runs under rules confirm that and interesting to see how he fares followng wind surgery.
Took a backward step last time and previous run gives him a lot to find with Ferrobin on a line through Brecon Hill.
Sets the form standard high judged on his hurdling debut second over C&D with the winner scoring again since. Looks as though he will ideally be suited by further and this is his first run following wind surgery.
Remote third of four in last bumper start his best race in that sphere. Tailed off sixth of eight in hurdles debut at Market Rasen hinted at minor ability but can't realistically be considered here.
Unraced Sulamani gelding out of a moderate dam. Stable not renowned for winning debutants and probably best watched for now.
Modest Flat maiden makes his hurdling bow. This look easier than the race he sidestepped here week, but he still has a difficult task.
Promising second in a 3m point-to-point at Ratchannon (good) when debuting in November. Purchased for £90,000 and attracted support ahead of his debut. Looked very green that day and worth considering with that experience in the bank.
Modest bumper form and a long way from the finished article judged on his two runs over hurdles this term.

Forecasts
Ferrobin (1/2), Jimmy The Digger (15/8), Sammy Bill (5/2), Arthur's Sixpence (10/1), Dreyfus (11/1), Sirobbie (12/1), Gold Fields (25/1), Middlescence (50/1), Lord Sparky (66/1)
Only three have realistic prospects here with FERROBIN the clear pick on his C&D second to the useful Brecon Hill over C&D. On a more cautious note he has looked short of pace and will undoubtedly do better over further. Wind surgery raises a further question and he may not be one to chase if there are any signs of weakness in the market. Jimmy The Digger is a likeable type who galloped his rivals into submission at Ludlow and makes his eagerly awaited hurdling debut. There can be no doubt that he will expose any flaws in his rivals if jumping well enough. Sammy Bill is another chasing type and he is sure to have learnt a lot from his first run under rules.
