2017 C&D winner again showed liking for Tapeta when winning at Wolverhampton in August. Disappointing in final turf start but each way possibilities here if freshened up by a break.
Gained three of his four wins here including his last two starts. Career high mark now and all previous wins over 6f so life gets tougher but still has to be respected.
Ended a three and a half year losing run here latest when narrowly scoring over C&D. 2lb higher as a result but confidence could have been boosted now so certainly merits respect.
Shade disappointing latest after good third two starts back (both over C&D). Return to form penultimately certainly good enough to go close here and has won here off higher mark in the past.
Slightly better effort after a break when fifth at Wolverhampton but poor effort there since when last of 12. Yet to win on AW and that one of several negatives causing caution here.
Already won twice over C&D this year and beaten just a short head by Jan Van Hoof latest here. Gets 1lb back with that rival so has to be respected with his consistency a clear plus.
Has a moderate strike-rate on AW overall although ran a sound race here latest when second in a C&D seller. This a good deal tougher however and recent handicaps suggest mark high enough.
Won three times on this surface at Wolverhampton for previous connections. Not exactly consistent these days with one win in his last 14 and well below that level recently. New yard takes over now with mark workable but form turnaround needed.

Epeius (9/4), Jan Van Hoof (11/4), Zapper Cass (5/1), Canford Bay (6/1), Katheefa (13/2), Archimedes (15/2), One Boy (8/1), Rantan (11/1), Van Gerwen (16/1), Jorvik Prince (22/1)
EPEIUS seeks a hat-trick here and although he is yet to win over 6f his recent form is the most compelling so he gets the nod. Jan Van Hoof ended a long losing run latest and if in the same vein of form he should go well. Consistent sort Archimedes rarely lets each-way backers down.
