Always in rear when finishing tenth in the Brocklesby of 2017; off for almost 700-days since and simply can't be the solution on such disadvantageous terms.

100/1
30-race maiden (0-13 on the AW) and with an official rating of just 40 can be safely ignored.
260,000gns yearling; from a 7f winning dam and a half-brother to the 7f juvenile scorer Terhaal; gave the distinct impression that better was to come on debut at Yarmouth (6f, good to firm) in August; off since.

Tenth foal; half-brother to five winners including Marlinka (5f Listed) and Searchlight (5f-6f); stablemate of fellow debutante Mea Culpa.
First foal out of an unraced dam (half-sister to the 1m4f-2m winner Brazos); probable stable second string behind fellow debutante Marvel.

12/1
€21,000 juvenile; prominent in the betting (5/1) but weakened from the two furlong pole after leading on debut over 7f here ten-days ago, finishing 7½L fifth of 12 to Mustadun; place possible.

Sandret
Age: 3|  Weight: 8-13| J: Cam Hardie| T: B Haslam
22/1
€15,000 yearling; second foal; half-brother to the 7½f winner Akua; stable frequently among the winners at this track in the early part of 2019, but this gelding is unlikely to be adding to that tally.

Bought unraced for £6,500 in November 2018; first foal out of a 1m2f (turf) - 1m4f (AW) winning dam.

Wise Words
Age: 3|  Weight: 8-8| J: L Morris| T: J Tate
15/8
75,000gns yearling; third foal; half-sister to the 6f AW juvenile winner Walaa; those with experience don't set the bar overly high so if sustained market support arrives, there's every likelihood that she can prove good enough.

Forecasts

Global Destination (11/8), Wise Words (15/8), Mea Culpa (11/2), Muhallab (12/1), Marvel (14/1), Sandret (22/1), Opera Kiss (33/1), One Last Hug (50/1), Henrietta's Dream (100/1)

Verdict

WISE WORDS has been denied a couple of opportunities to make her debut in very winnable looking contests (due to the combination of a sudden snowstorm and the equally unforeseen equine influenza outbreak), so her trainer James Tate will no doubt be hoping that she can make it third-time lucky tonight. Mercifully for her patient owner Sheikh Rashid Dalmook Al Maktoum the only other mildly interesting rival is the 260,000gns yearling Global Destination. Of the remainder the fellow debutante Marvel could potentially fill the third spot at the expense of Muhallab.
